/ Project Details

Name: Hillside Tennis Booking System

Client: Hillside Tennis Club

Date: August 31, 2026

/ Challenge

Hillside needed a reservation system tailored to the way the club operates in person rather than a generic public booking tool. The platform had to support two distinct user roles—members and management—while keeping court reservations simple for members and giving management better visibility into bookings, guest registrations, usage patterns, and operational statistics. The challenge was to design, build, and deploy a reliable system within one month without adding unnecessary complexity to daily club operations.

/ Provided Services

Product and workflow planning

Mapped Hillside’s reservation process, member needs, management responsibilities, guest registration requirements, and reporting priorities into a focused product plan.

Role-based UX/UI design

Designed clear experiences for two user roles: members booking courts and management overseeing reservations, guests, activity, and statistics.

Full-stack web app development

Built and deployed a fully functional reservation platform using Next.js, Supabase, and Tailwind CSS within a one-month delivery timeline.

Monthly support and guidance

Provides ongoing technical support, maintenance guidance, and operational assistance to keep the system reliable as the club continues using it.

/ Solution

Voxhoo developed a purpose-built, role-based reservation web app for Hillside. Members can access a straightforward court-booking experience, while management can oversee reservations, track guest registrations, review activity, and use booking statistics to better understand and run the club. Supabase powers authentication, data, and real-time operations; Next.js provides the application framework; and Tailwind CSS supports a responsive, consistent interface. The complete platform was delivered within one month, has remained in active use since 2025, and is supported through ongoing monthly guidance.

/ Tech stack

Next.js

Provides the full-stack application framework, routing, interface delivery, and scalable foundation for the reservation platform.

Supabase

Powers authentication, role-based access, reservation data, guest records, and the application’s operational backend.

Tailwind CSS

Supports a responsive, consistent interface optimized for fast daily use by members and management.

Role-based application architecture

Separates member booking tools from management controls, insights, guest tracking, and club statistics.

/ Client's Feedback

Hillside now has a centralized reservation workflow that makes court booking easier for members and gives management clearer visibility into reservations, guests, and club activity. The platform continues to support daily operations with monthly technical guidance and ongoing support.
